Enid, OK – Starting Monday, July 22, 2019, contractors will be removing a concrete section of the intersection at Kelly Drive and Cleveland. City of Enid officials said traffic flow will be impacted as new concrete will be poured at this intersection. Traffic will be reduced to one lane on Cleveland Street in this area and the project will take approximately three. Motorists are reminded to drive cautiously in a construction zone.
