On 07/13/2019 Officers responded to Walmart, 5505 W. Owen K Garriott, in reference to a theft. Officers were advised that a White female had stolen some items from the store an then left the area. The reporting party stated that they confronted the female and recovered a purse she was trying to steal, but she got away with other items that were concealed.
