On 08-28-2019 Officers were dispatched to 1600 Seneca for a suspicious person. It was reported that a resident saw someone walking across the yard so they went outside and asked a white male subject to stay off of the lawn. The resident then went back inside and viewed their video system and saw two white male subjects on the west side of the house next to the driveway. The resident saw, on camera, where one of the male subjects came up into the driveway and checked the door handle of a vehicle to see if it was unlocked. The video showed the male leave the area on a bicycle.
