City of Enid Engineering officials announced today a final tie-in for a new 18” water line set to take place at the North Van Buren Street and West Oak Avenue intersection on Monday, October 14, 2019. A 24” water main that runs south from the Water Treatment Plant will be shut off to make this connection.

Water pressure is expected to be diminished while the connection is made to an existing water line in all areas south of Chestnut Avenue and east of Cleveland Street. Residents may experience low water pressure from approximately 11:00am to 8:00pm.
