The Enid Public Library will be showing the movie “The Public”, and it will be followed by a group discussion next Thursday, October 24th at 6:00pm.
The film addresses the homeless epidemic in America as it take places in Cincinnati where the homeless population turn the library into an emergency shelter during a brutal Arctic blast.
We got a chance to talk with Margot Holmes and Michaelene Malan to discuss the event and also the film’s themes.
