City of Enid Stormwater officials announced that East Rupe Avenue will be closed off at the South 16th Street intersection beginning Monday, January 13, 2020 to allow for the installation of a culvert.
South 16th Street will remain open to traffic. Enid Police Department will have access to their training facility from South 10th Street.
This closure is expected to last approximately two weeks. Motorists are encouraged to follow posted detour signs and to travel with caution in this area during the construction effort.
