The NBA Trade Deadline was a fun one for many teams throughout the league, but the Oklahoma City Thunder decide to stay quiet.

Danilo Gallinari was talked about throughout the day, but a trade never did happen. The Miami Heat, who are trying to make a run in the East, were interested in trading for Gallinari. The reason a trade never did happen was because both sides were unable to reach a agreement on a contract extension.

This is good news for the Thunder. They are currently sitting as the No. 7 seed in the Western Conference. Danilo Gallinari is currently averaging 19 points a game and is shooting 40% from three.

Thunder are back in action on Friday night when they welcome in the Detroit Pistons. The Pistons just traded away Andre Drummond to the Cleveland Cavaliers. Catch the Thunder on 1390 KCRC Sports Radio.
