(Oklahoma City, OK) One vote was the difference in adopting a proposal that would have seen the return of baseball be heavily regulated. The vote of 7-6 against will seemingly open the door for the Enid Majors and Enid Plainsmen in their Connie Mack tournaments in July.
Traditional OSSAA rules will be in effect for the reopening the baseball season at David Allen Memorial Ballpark.
