Enid Plainsmen fall in Game One of Pool Play, 6-2; Enid Majors in action Thursday

During Wednesday’s opening round of the 2020 AABC South Plains Regional Baseball Tournament, the Enid Plainsmen fell in the opening round of pool play, 6-2 to Flat Bill 17’s. All in thanks to Flat Bill jumping out to an early 3-0 lead. 

Plainsmen pitcher Blake Priest tossed 5 strikeouts in just 3 innings from the mound. 

The tournament continues tomorrow on KCRC at David Allen when the Enid Majors look to begin pool play at 10 a.m. (vs. St. Louis Sting) and 8 p.m. (OK Drillers). Both games can be heard on 1390AM KCRC Sports Radio, the CTB Sports App and online at Enidlive.com. 

The Plainsmen are back in action on Friday at 8 p.m. when they try to get to 1-1 in pool play against 417 Red .
