Enid Woman Arrested in Connection with Home Invasion

(Enid, OK) An arrest has been made in the connection of a home invasion from 2019 that resulted in the death of an Enid woman. 37-year-old Lindsey Marie Nash is being charged as an accessory to felony after a home invasion on September 11.

The charge states Nash actively concealing and/or aiding the five suspects of from the commission of first-degree murder. Nash is accused of witness intimidation and disposal of evidence.

Nash is already in custody with her husband where they are charged with child neglect.

Bond has been set for $100,000 on the accessory charge as well as two $25,000 bonds for child neglect and intent to distribute drug paraphernalia.
