The 11th annual Oklahoma State Connie Mack tournament has been in full swing all week long at David Allen Memorial Ballpark. Pool play has now come to a close and Sunday’s matchups are set in stone.

Unlike the previous two tournaments at David Allen Memorial Ballpark, Sunday’s games are not single elimination. They just play one game, fighting for a placement in the tournament.

The Enid Majors lost their third game of pool play on Friday, which means they will not be competing in the championship game on Sunday night. They lost to Bartlesville, pushing their pool play record to 2-1.

The Enid Majors will now play in the third place game against Shockers Red at 3 p.m.

The Enid Plainsmen finished pool play with a 1-2 record, despite winning their first game on Wednesday. They went on to lose their final two games in pool play, dropping them to compete in the fifth place game.

The Enid Plainsmen play at 12:30 p.m. against the Woodward Travelers on Sunday.

Both these games can be heard on AM1390 KCRC Sports Radio, the CTB Sports App and online at EnidLive.com
