3 More Deaths Reported in State Sunday As Garfield County Crosses 2k COVID-19 Cases

(Enid, OK) Oklahoma saw an increase of 766 new COVID-19 cases Sunday and three more deaths in the state, according to the Oklahoma State Department of Health.

Garfield County cases rose by 27 to bring the overall total to 2,052, with 369 of those being active. Enid gained 24 cases for a total of 1,893, with 322 active cases in the city.

Deaths reported Sunday were three men in the 65 and older range in Caddo, Canadian and Cleveland. There have been 22 COVID-19-associated deaths in Garfield County, all in Enid, according to OSDH.

Other Northwest Oklahoma county case increases on Sunday were seven in Major, three each in Alfalfa and Kingfisher, and two each in Grant and Woodward.
