State Sees Over 600 New COVID-19 Cases Monday, 2 More Deaths Reported

(Enid, OK) Oklahoma gained 663 new COVID-19 cases on Monday and two more deaths were reported by the Oklahoma State Department of Health.

The OSDH reported two deaths in Garfield County over the weekend with both of them being Enid residents. The newly reported deaths on Monday were two men in the 65 and older age group from Okfuskee and Oklahoma counties.

Garfield County saw a gain of 17 COVID-19 cases on Monday for a total of 2,415 since March, with 354 of those cases being active. Enid saw an increase of 17 cases with 311 active cases in the city. Other Northwest Oklahoma county case increases on Monday were eight in Kingfisher, five in Major, three each in Alfalfa and Blaine and two in Woodward County.
