(Enid, OK) A 30-year-old Enid resident was arrested on Saturday on complaints of lewd molestation, rape, using technology to solicit a minor and violating the Oklahoma Computer Crimes Act, according to Enid Police Department.
Ival Ray Coleman was found by EPD officers at 3:47 a.m. Saturday morning in a parked vehicle with a 13-year-old girl, according to the EPD report.
The girl told the officers that she had met Coleman on Snapchat and told him she was 16-years-old. She informed Coleman that she actually was 13 once she saw a photo of him and realized how old he was, to which she said Coleman told her that was OK, according to the EPD.
The girl sent Coleman her address, snuck out of her home and got into Coleman’s vehicle. According to the EPD, the girl said Coleman began to touch her under her clothes, performed oral sex on her and raped her two times.
The investigation is on-going by the Enid Police Department. This article will be updated once more information in released.
