A lawsuit and a countersuit between Taylor Swift and the Utah theme park, Evermore, have both been dropped.

A spokesperson for Swift told Rolling Stone, “As a resolution of both lawsuits, the parties will drop and dismiss their respective suits without monetary settlement.”

In early February, Evermore Park filed filed a lawsuit claiming they own the rights to the name “evermore” and Swift violated those rights when she started selling merchandise with that branding to promote her album by the same name. Later that month, The singer’s management company countersued claiming that Evermore Park routinely played Swift’s music on its grounds “without authorization or license agreement.”
