(Enid, OK) The Metropolitan Planning Commission unanimously recommended Monday that the Enid City Commission consider the approval of adding a plat of 55 more lots to the Belle Crossing subdivision during a meeting next month.

The subdivision at Cleveland and Purdue currently has seventeen lots with dirt work ongoing.

The plat includes all subdivision requirements for roads, water, sewers and sidewalks, according to the city.

The primarily residential Belle Crossing is being developed at the southwest corner of the intersection of Cleveland and Purdue.

The preliminary plat was approved on Nov. 20, 2006, with the final plats being filed in phases. The first phase was platted in 2010 with the initial 17 lots as the Belle Crossing Addition.

The final phase includes 55 lots. The final plat includes all requirements for roads, water, sewer and sidewalks.
