Update and Gallery on 3 Car Wreck on Grand and Garriott that left 1 Injured

On Tuesday, March 29th, there was a 3 car accident on Grand and Garriott at around 6:00 pm. The wreck was caused when a 58-year-old man driving a red 1964 Chevy was driving east on Garriott when he stopped to turn at the signal light.

He said that he had a yellow turn signal and that other traffic had stopped so he began to turn. The driver was then hit by a 66-year old man driving a 2015 Chevy Trax, who drove through a green light at the intersection.

The 1964 Chevy that was hit spun in a 180-degree circle and hit the 3rd driver, who was a 50-year-old man driving a silver 2000 Toyota Camry, that was sitting in the lane ready to turn east onto Garriott.

The 58-year-old driver, of the red 1964 Chevy was transported by ambulance to Bass Emergency Room after complaining of back pain from the accident. His car had dents on the passenger side and a cracked windshield. No other injuries were reported at the scene.
