On Monday, April 11th the city of Enid announced a planned water outage that will primarily affect 16th St. The outage will go from east Oak Avenue to East Cypress Avenue.
City crews will be tieing in new water mains into existing water mains. Outages will begin at 8 am and are expected to be restored by the end of the day.
