On Tuesday, May 3rd city of Enid officials announced that starting on Tuesday, May 3rd waterline construction would begin on Phillips Avenue. Phillips Avenue will be through traffic from North Washington St to North Van Buren St.
The lane on Phillips Avenue west of North Van Buren bypass will be closed. Construction is expected to last 3 weeks and is in support of the Kaw Lake Water Program. Enid has asked motorists to follow the posted traffic signs and to drive with caution in construction zones.
