City of Enid officials announced earlier today that starting today a portion of the road on West Phillips Avenue from Cleveland to Oakwood will be closed for 3 weeks due to the construction of a new water line.
The construction will support the new Kaw Lake Program which will bring water from Kaw Lake to a new water treatment center once the project is completed. Motorists are encouraged to proceed with caution in the area and to follow all posted traffic control signs.
