City of Enid Releases Full Schedule for 4th of July Festivities

The city of Enid has a full day of activities planned for its 4th of July Celebration at North Meadowlake Park. Starting off the day will be a fishing derby that begins at 5:30 am in the morning. Registration for the derby begins at 4:30 am, an early start for any eager fishermen. While the fish weigh-in will be from 11 am to 11:30 am.

Food trucks will also be present at the event starting at 5:00 am and staying open until 10:00 pm. Normal Meadowlake park activities will also be available throughout the day like paddle boats from noon to 9:00 pm, miniature golf, and snow cones from noon to 10 pm and the Enid Kiwanis Club rides from 6 to 9 pm.

Then the city will also be providing watermelon and water to community members at 5:00 pm. Finally, the main event of the celebration will kick off at 8:30 pm with the Enid Symphony Orchestra followed by a fireworks display from sundown till 9:30 pm.
