On Thursday afternoon at around 12:30 pm, a 2-vehicle car wreck occurred at 4200 E Fox Dr near E Southgate, the wreck involved a van and a pickup truck. Extensive damage was done to both vehicles and airbags were deployed for both cars.
While an ambulance was on the scene no one appeared to be transported in the ambulance. A family was in the van, while an elderly man was in the pickup truck. The elderly man had small amounts of blood on his face and on a tissue in his truck but did not require transport by ambulance.
Responding to the scene were the Enid Fire Department, the Waukomis Fire Department, the Garfield County Sheriff Department, Life EMS, and Oklahoma Highway Patrol Troop J.
