Enid Fire Removes Woman From Vehicle with Jaws of Life After 2 Vehicle Accident

At around 2:35 pm at 4101 N. 4th St, a two-vehicle accident between the driver of a bread truck and the driver of a van left both vehicles heavily damaged. The woman driving the van had to be removed from the driver’s side of her vehicle by the jaws of life.

She was stabilized by the Enid Fire Department and EMS from the passenger’s side before being removed from her vehicle. The woman stepped out of the vehicle with a neck brace on in visible pain before being secured to a gurney.

She was then placed in the back of an ambulance and transported to a medical facility. While the man driving the bread truck was uninjured besides complaining of mild shoulder pain, he did not seek any treatment at the scene.
