At Enid’s “Mayor and Board of Commissioners’ Regular Study Session” and then at the following meeting, several items are up for discussion. During the study session, an issue that will be studied is what to do with the “Green Recycling Polycart Plan” after the program has experienced growth and how to best proceed with the program going forward.
During the regular meeting, the commissioners will vote on whether or not to accept several different construction projects. An appeal will also be heard over whether or not the buildings at 120 E. Broadway, 122 E. Broadway, and 124 E. Broadway are dilapidated and subject to demolition.
The city so far has ruled that the buildings are dilapidated.
