The city of Enid issued a reminder that their Mayor and Board of Commissioners meeting has been moved to Thursday, September 8th due to the labor day holiday. On the agenda for the study session is a financial update for the Kaw Lake water supply program.
Also on the agenda are various construction contract approvals, as well as claims on the city budget to be approved. A more interesting item on the agenda is whether or not to accept a grant to build a new runway for Woodring Regional Airport.
Expect the city to accept the grant and upgrade the airport.
