Public Meeting to Discuss Green Polycart Program to be held

The City of Enid put out the following press release. City of Enid officials announced today that there will be a public meeting to discuss proposed and potential changes to the green poly cart program at 6 p.m. at City Hall council chambers on Wednesday, September 14th.

Public Utilities Director David Hunter said, “The public will get a chance to hear about the history of the green cart program and the current status.  City staff will discuss challenges and future possible changes in the program and look for input from the public on the best way to move forward in a sustainable and equitable manner.  This information will be brought back to the Commission at a future date.

The event is free for the public. All interested individuals are invited and encouraged to attend this event.
