Waterline Construction Project Leads to Road Closure on South Garland

The city of Enid put out the following press release.

Beginning Monday, February 6th, there will be a road closure at the intersection of West Cherokee Avenue and South Garland Road allowing contractors to continue construction for the South Garland Road water line relocation project.

At this time South Garland Road traffic is not expected to be affected by this construction.

This closure is expected to last approximately one week. This timeline is weather permitting.

Motorists are encouraged to follow posted traffic control signs and to drive with extreme caution in this area during the construction effort.
