At the school board meeting on Wednesday, May 4th the Chisholm Board of Education named Marcus Chapman as the next Superintendent.
Chapman will replace Dudley Darrow who was recently named the Enid Superintendent after serving as the Chisholm Superintendent for 1 year.
Chapman is the current superintendent of Ryan Public Schools and will start at Chisholm in July. Chapman has ties to northwest Oklahoma being a graduate of Timberlake High School and NOC-Enid.
In a Chisholm press release, NOC-Enid Vice President Jeremy Hise said “I have known Marcus for over 20 years, and I am excited for the Chisholm community. Mr. Chapman is a man of exceptional character, experience, and work ethic. He will be a tremendous leader,”.
