Britney Spears has reportedly paid her lawyer, Mathew Rosengart, over $4 million dollars in legal fees, mostly for work that he’s done after her conservatorship ended.
Sources told TMZ that the pop star paid Rosengart so much in legal fees that he is willing to work pro bono as he finishes up her case.
According to insiders, the “Toxic” singer has paid him $4,201,856.00, just from November 2021 to March 2023.
The outlet reports that legal documents filed by Rosengart show dozens of lawyers in the 13-year-long conservatorship case made a total of more than $30 million.
Spears was reportedly worth $60 million when the conservatorship ended. TMZ's sources say it's now a lot less.
