Hospice Circle of Love released the following press release regarding their new community grief group.
Hospice Circle of Love’s Bereavement team will host a community grief group every Tuesday in June at their office at 314 S. Third, in Enid. The group is designed to assist those who have lost a loved one, by giving them some tools to work through their grief in a healthy way.
Another way the meetings help is to bring together men and women that are going through some of the same things. Each session of the class will cover a different aspect of grieving, such as searching for meaning, dealing with pain, discovering identity changes and ongoing support Meetings will take place June 6th, 13th, 20th, and 27th from 5 to 6:15 PM.
Participants are encouraged to attend all sessions. Anyone interested in the grief group can call Shelby Maddox or Gary Miller at 580-234-2273 to register. The group is free and open to anyone 18 and over in the community who has experienced any kind of loss.
Hospice Circle of Love is a not-for-profit organization, serving terminally ill patients and their loved ones
over the past forty years.
