At tonight’s Enid Mayor and Board of Commissioner’s meeting the city of Enid will consider several expenditures and new decorum rules during the meeting which starts at 6:30 pm in city hall. One of the changes to the new meeting rules would require those who wish to make public comments to clearly state their name and addresses before they can address the governing body.

The new rules would also ban members of the public from gathering in front of the dais before or after meetings and would ban commissioners from using cell phones during meetings. Also being considered is the purchase of a garbage truck in the amount of  $345,000.00.

Another expenditure being considered is a “48-month lease agreement with Yamaha Golf-Car Company, Kennesaw, Georgia, for Fifty 2024 Yamaha Golf Carts, One Beverage Cart, and One Range Cart, in the amount of $338,472.00”.
