The town of Lahoma’s 4th of July Celebration saw a strong turnout on Saturday, June 24th. Put together by the Lahoma Police Department and the Lahoma Fire Department, the event had lots to do like vendors, food trucks, and a slippin’ slide.
Also at the event was a bouncy house and an inflatable waterslide. 107.1 KNID was broadcasting live from the event which also had pony rides and a petting zoo. The petting zoo had a lemur, baby kangaroo, tortoise, and parrot.
All the fun was capped off by a nearly 30-minute-long fireworks display, fireworks were stretched across the entire Lahoma baseball field and lit off by the Lahoma Fire Department and Police Department.
