‘SNL’ Parodies Jada Pinkett Smith And Her Memoir

The comedians on Saturday Night Live had some fun with all the buzz surrounding Jada Pinkett Smith’s new memoir, Worthy, as they spoofed the talks she’s given to promote it over the weekend.

Ego Nwodim portrayed the Set It Off actress by appearing on Michael Che’s Weekend Update. "Sorry if I seem a little tired," Nwodim said. "I've been on the Today show 14 times in three days."

Commenting on her secret separation from Will Smith, Nwodim added, "The day we got married, I knew there was going to be trouble. At our wedding, someone stood up and objected."

“Who was it?” Che asked.

"It was me. Yeah, it was me," she replied. "But it's OK, 23 years later, Will and I are still a unit. And it's because we have learned that the secret to a successful marriage is never go to bed happy."
