Zac Efron was taken to a hospital in Spain on Friday night after a “minor swimming incident” in the pool of a villa in Ibiza. Two workers found him and pulled him out of the water, but it’s unclear what caused his distress or whether he was in danger of drowning. His representative stated that he was taken to the hospital as a precautionary measure, but offered no other details about the incident. He was released from the hospital on Saturday morning. Yesterday, he posted a photo of himself lifting weights while shirtless, presumably indicating the pool incident was no big deal. “Happy and healthy,” he wrote. “Thanks for the well wishes.” (ET)
