What was it like to get married during the time of the Oklahoma land runs?

The Cherokee Strip Regional Heritage Center will tell this story in their special exhibit “Tying the Knot,” January 15-March 27.

The exhibit features wedding traditions and wedding culture featuring 14 wedding dresses from 1873 to present times.

Admission will be the regular museum prices of $7 for adults, $5 for seniors and $4 for children. The museum is open 10 am-5 pm Tuesday-Saturday.
