4th of July Metro Celebrations for Oklahoma

Oklahoma will be showing its patriotism with multiple 4th of July celebrations across NW Oklahoma!

Kingfisher’s Independence Celebration

Bring the family out to a day full of American Pride festivities. The day begins with a parade in downtown Kingfisher at 10 a.m. Activities such as turtle races, sack races, egg toss, balloon toss, and money digs will begin at 5 p.m. A free concert will begin at the Kingfisher County Fairgrounds Rodeo Arena with the concession stand open. The music-tuned fireworks show will begin after dark over the fairgrounds.

Woodward’s Home of the Brave Fest

Woodward will be hosting its Independence Day celebration with a day focused on activities. Enjoy the way with mini golf, paddle boats, aquatic center, and much more! Kids 16 and under can participate in the Home of the Brave Fishing Derby. Outdoor activities and live music will be present throughout the day. The festivities will conclude with a fireworks show at dusk.

Stillwater’s Boomer Blast

Celebrate Independence Day with a blast at Stillwater’s Boomer Lake Park. Shop with local vendors, food trucks, and that hometown feel while the fireworks show lights up the sky. Bring your own lawn chair and enjoy the music-tuned show.

Tonkawa’s 4th of July Celebration

Tonkawa will be hosting its old-fashioned Independence Day celebration. The day begins with a morning walk at Heart in the Park Labyrinth, then line up on downtown for a festive parade at noon. Bring your decked-up ATVs and bikes for a chance to win the best-dressed contest. Don’t forget to check out the Lucky Duck Derby at the canal. Games will be available such as horseshoe throwing, turtle racing, coin digging, and more. Stop by the park for vendors, food, and the park’s splash pad. The fireworks display will begin at dusk.
