The 93rd Annual Tri-State Music Festival has returned to Enid with dozens of bands participating in music ensembles at Enid High School.
The Tri-State Music Festival began as a simple idea that grew into something remarkable. The foundation came from Russell Wiley, who envisioned a festival that would ignite passion for music among young people. Nowadays, the festival enriches experiences and opportunities for students in the music field, making it a uniquely celebrated event.
