Portions of North 4th St. near the intersection of East Chestnut Ave. will be closed to allow crews to complete an asphalt overlay.
These closures will last from Wednesday, Dec. 4 to Thursday, Dec. 5. This timeframe with be contingent on the weather.
During the construction effort, residents are requested to find alternative parking as there will be no access to driveways.
