A road closure has been announced for a portion of North 8th St. to allow crews to complete an asphalt overlay.
The closure will span from East Randolph Ave. to East Broadway Ave. Additionally, the closure will last from Wednesday, Dec. 11 to Thursday, Dec. 12. This timeframe will be contingent on the weather.
During this construction effort, residents are being requested to find alternative parking, as there will be no access to residential driveways.
