The City of Enid has announced it will be accepting applications for various vacancies within several local departments.
Arguably the biggest role that needs filling is the Director of Public Utilities, someone who will oversee critical water, wastewater and utility services for the city. Potential applicants must have five years of progressive experience and a bachelor’s degree in engineering or public/business administration. Previous experience as a public utility director is preferred.

The two other open positions are chairs on two separate city boards, one for the Aviation Advisory Board and another for the Dr. Martin Luther King Holiday Commission. Both positions are open to any interested in Enid residents.
