The City of Enid Mayor and Board of Commissioners is hosting its bi-weekly scheduled regular meeting on Tuesday, March 18.
The meeting will take place at 6:30 p.m. in the City Administration Building Council Chambers.
The council will discuss a myriad of topics and approve items to improve the City of Enid.
Some items of note include the following:
- Consider a resolution of support for the appointment of Mayor David Mason to the District Seven seat on the Board of Directors of the Oklahoma Municipal League; declaring said appointment to be for the benefit of the City of Enid and other municipalities within the District.
- Convening into executive session, under the employment of an individual salaried employee, to discuss the retirement of Carol Lahman in the summer of 2025. Pending the hiring of and the transition to a new City Attorney.
- Approval of claims of $4,529,213.58.
- Approve a resolution authorizing the filing of a grant application, and upon approval of the said application, approve the execution of an agreement with the United States Dept. of Energy for the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant.
