The City of Enid has released a statement to inform residents and businesses about technical issues impacting their phone system.
The city has been experiencing issues involving dropped calls, difficulty receiving calls, internet connectivity problems and service interruptions. These issues have affected the city’s ability to provide seamless service.
The city has informed citizens that their team is actively working to resolve the issues and restore full functionality to their system as quickly as possible. In the meantime, citizens can submit service requests to SeeClickFix.com.
