The City of Enid has announced that there will be a road closure on West Chestnut Ave. to allow construction crews to continue work on a segment of the Kaw Lake Water Supply Project.
The exact location of the closure will be 6323 West Chestnut Ave. and it will last from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 17.
Construction crews will be performing a 10″ sanitary sewer tie-in that crosses West Chestnut Ave. to the west of Oklahoma Bible Academy.
Motorists are encouraged to follow posted traffic control signs and to drive with extreme caution in the area during the construction effort.
