On Dec. 4 in Woodward OK, two people were shot in the Walmart parking lot at around 5 p.m.
Christina Alewine, 42, passed away at the scene and Gary Mulberry, 81, was pronounced deceased at OU Trauma after being airlifted at around 10 p.m.
Upon arriving at the scene, Woodward Police Dept. chased 30-year-old Shane Allison to the west side of the high school, causing a lockdown. They successfully detained him and detectives began to question him and his motives.
Allison has been booked into the Woodward County Jail on a complaint of First Degree Murder and Attempted Murder.
