Downtown Enid to Host First Friday and Firefighter Games

Downtown Enid is set to host its seasonal First Friday event on Friday, May 2, featuring the Garfield County Firefighter Games.

Take a stroll downtown as the Fiesta theme takes over the area. Explore a variety of vendors, enjoy live music, savor delicious food and witness the annual firefighter games in action.

The firefighter games, originally scheduled for April’s First Friday, were postponed due to adverse weather conditions that necessitated cancelling all outdoor activities. Come support your local firefighters as they participate in thrilling challenges.

Refreshments will be available with Margarita Booths provided by Stride Bank Center, and beer tents featuring local breweries.

A selection of food trucks will line the streets, offering an array of tasty dishes and hot meals.

From 7-9 p.m., Banda Konquistadores will deliver an electrifying live music performance. Experience the vibrant sounds of this renowned Sinaloan band.
