Detectives with the Enid Police Department, in collaboration with the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigations and OKCPD, arrested 54-year-old Yongju Tan on June 2, a woman in connection with an ongoing prostitution and human trafficking investigation.
Authorities took her into custody after undercover officers visited QI QI Massage and Spa, where Tan allegedly propositioned them for sex.
The investigation first began in late December 2024 after police received multiple tips about illegal activities taking place at the spa. Officials have not released further details about the case, but encourage anyone with information to contact Sgt. Ramsey at the Enid Police Dept. at (580) 242-7000.
