Enid Prepares for Festive Fourth of July Celebration at Meadowlake Park

Residents and visitors alike are gearing up for Enid’s annual Independence Day celebration, promising a full day of festivities at Meadowlake Park!

Kicking off at 5 a.m., the Fishing Derby will open registration, kicking off at 5:30 a.m.  Registration and check-in are required before casting lines, with a fish weigh-in scheduled for 10:30 a.m.

Starting at noon, attendees can enjoy paddle boats, mini golf, snow cones, and the Enid Kiwanis Club Rides. Indulge in some watermelon just in time for the night events.

At 8:30 p.m., the Enid Symphony Orchestra will take center stage at the Meadowlake Park North Pavilion under the direction of Artistic Director Douglas Newell. The grand finale will come at dusk, as the fireworks display lights up the Enid sky.
