Enid Public Schools is set to open childhood enrollment for the 2025-26 school year.

Early Childhood Enrollment opens on Tuesday, April 1 and must be completed exclusively online. Families enrolling their children as new EPS students should prepare necessary documents, including the child’s immunization record, birth certificate and proof of address. Enrollment operates on a first-come, first-served basis, prompting school officials to urge families to act quickly to ensure their child’s placement.

The Enrollment Form can be found here.

Randy Rader, Assistant Superintendent of Elementary Education, emphasized the importance of timely enrollment to meet staffing needs and adequately serve families.

“We are thrilled every year to welcome our newest, youngest learners to EPS,” said Rader. “We pride ourselves on meeting the needs of all families, but are also conscientious of our staffing needs. We encourage all families to enroll as soon as they can so we can place students and continue to serve families by having sites staffed adequately.”

For families lacking internet access, appointments can be scheduled with the EPS Welcome Center, located at 500 S. Independence. The center will offer resources and assistance starting Tuesday, April 1 and will offer appointments between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Enrollment for new students of other ages begins online on Monday, May 5. Children must be five years old by September 1, 2025, for kindergarten enrollment, though current EPS pre-kindergarten students will receive pre-enrollment information directly from their schools.
