A fatality collision was reported by Oklahoma Highway Patrol on Wednesday, two miles north of Cleo Springs in Major County.
Patricia Ann Hise, 78, of Cleo Springs was driving her 2014 Chevrolet Impala when she failed to yield right of way on OK-8 to Aidyn Opal Garcia, 18, who was driving her 2020 GMC Acadia.
Hise was pronounced dead at the scene by Fairview EMS. Meanwhile, Garcia came away from the accident uninjured.
