The Enid Police Department recently announced that a fourth person has been charged in connection to the homicide case of Colby Shepperd.
Detective Jose Torres and Lt. Bryan Hart traveled to Warrenton, Missouri where they conducted an interview with Heaven Leigh Jordan, 33, regarding the ongoing investigation.
During the interview, Jordan admitted to her involvement in the homicide. A warrant was issued through the Garfield County District Court for first-degree murder and Jordan was arrested and detained in the Warren County, Missouri jail. Jordan is currently awaiting extradition back to Garfield County.
Charges of first-degree murder have been filed against Jordan; Victor Henry Battelo, 45; Devin Harris, 35; and Charles Edward Jordan, 55.
Bond has been denied to all four people charged. The homicide investigation is still ongoing.
